pasta suggested:
twisted short pasta pen-points, shells 1 pound ingredients: 1/2 pound of gorgonzola one cup of milk about 30 grains of soft green pepper (pickled) 70 gr. parmisan cheese NO salt note: green pepper should be the one pickled and contained in jars, not the dry one. You should find it in a Deli store. If you can’t find it, you can use the one in hard grain but greated as regular pepper. If you can’t find original gorgonzola, you can use ‘blue cheese’ Heat the milk in a small pan. When hot (dont' get to the boiling point), add the gorgonzola cut in pieces, and remove the pan from the stove an stir until everything is well melt and omogenized. Season with this sauce the pasta adding two spoonfuls of green pepper grains ( soft) and parmesan cheese. This pasta should be eated as soon as possible, since if it gets cold the gorgonzola shall sticks too much to the pasta. Should this happen reheat the pasta after having added half cup of hot water (you can use the one in which you have cooked the pasta |
