Long Pasta types

Long pasta shapes differ only by the section, lenght is approximately ten inches. For this reason eating requires some practice. Don't let pasta stick together while cooking, so as soon as you deep the pasta into the water, stirr with a wooden spoon.
Below you will find pictures of all long pasta types used in the recipes with their name followed by the italian name, if only one is present you may assume it's the italian one.
