pasta suggested: spaghettini or linguini 1 pound 

ingredients: 1 can of tunafish in olive oil (250 gr.)
the juice of two lemons (medium size)
6 spoonfuls of olive oil
minced parsley 
2 spoonfuls of pickled capers 
1 spoonful of minced onion and garlic 

Remove the oil from the tunafish pressing the lid of the can against the fish. 
Put the tuna in the dish in which you intend to serve the pasta. 
Add the new olive oil and squeeze the tunafish until you get an homogeneous compound. 
Add the lemon juice and the parsley minced up. If you want you can add 2 spoonfuls of canned capers (optional). 
This sauce does not need to be heated and is indicated as a summer dish. After having drained it, and while hot, put the pasta in the dish and mix quickly with fork and spoon. 
You might need to add a couple of spoonfuls of extra liquid (which can be oil or lemon or water according to your preferences). Note. If you want a more spicy dish of pasta you can season with the double of sauce.
